We've developed guidance, which you can download below, to help managers to deal with cases of misconduct covered by both the Support Staff Procedure Agreement and Statute/Ordinances.

The guidance highlights the pertinent points from both procedures. Each section has columns giving the relevant information, with sections underneath to highlight good practice and provide helpful hints and tips on how to manage these situations.

HR support is available to provide assistance and advice, eg on law and procedure.

Capability and grievance 

Guidance on capability procedures will be available in due course. Guidance on grievance procedures are available from your local Faculty/Service HR team.
