Accessing the Recognition Awards Portal

This page provides details of how to access the University of Leeds Recognition Awards Portal.

To access the Portal:

  1. Click here
  2. Enter your login details:
  • your personnel number (you can find this underneath ‘Pay Advice’ on your salary statement)
  • your password (this is on the email letting you know about your award)

When you log in for the first time:

  • you’ll be asked to change your password to something more memorable
  • you’ll also need to set up some basic account details

Your award must be redeemed in full whilst you are employed by the University.
