One possible approach is:

  • Arrange to meet with him again.
  • Explain that following a further incident where he was extremely rude to another members of staff from the school and his refusal to attend the training, his conduct is unacceptable.
  • Advise him that as there has been no improvement in his conduct, you have no choice but to move to formal disciplinary procedures.
  • Put meeting summaries in writing.
  • Institute disciplinary proceedings under Statute VII , Part III .
