We are committed to rewarding and recognising our employees, focusing on excellence in leadership, student education, research, quality and professional service - all of which are key components of our Strategy.

As part of our reward and recognition policy, Recognition Awards allows managers to reward outstanding staff performance quickly and easily, at any point during the year.

Using the online system, managers can recommend individuals to receive a cash award, to be redeemed against our online catalogue of items and activities. Once an award is approved, individuals can browse the catalogue, add their selection to the basket and complete their purchase at the checkout.
