Equal pay policy statement

This policy statement outlines our commitment to making sure that all our staff are treated equally, and how we will make sure this happens.

  • All of our staff are treated equitably, regardless of their age, race, disability, sexual orientation, gender,  marital, civil partnership or parental status, religion or belief.
  • All of our staff should be paid equally for work of equal value.
  • We will give guidance to managers that are involved in decisions about recruitment, pay, benefits and promotions.
