Most people receive a standard salary, based on a set number of contracted hours per week.
However, some colleagues regularly work hours in addition to their contract, whether this be for overtime or additional hours for part time workers. If you work over your contracted hours on a regular basis, we want to make sure that you're paid appropriately when you take annual leave.
We're currently working on new systems for recording hours and monitoring when regular overtime is being used; in the meantime, we've put transitional arrangements in place so that, if you regularly work in excess of your contracted hours, you'll receive an additional one off payment.
