  • You arrange some relevant training on interpersonal skills/dealing with difficult situations.
  • You assign a mentor.
  • You outline the leadership and management standard to him explaining the expectations of The University of Leeds.
  • You explain that continued behaviour of this nature could result in disciplinary action.
  • Put meeting summaries in writing.
