This policy explains the expected behaviour at work. It also tells you what you should do if you feel you are being bullied, harassed or victimised, or if you witness any inappropriate behaviour.
- You must treat colleagues with courtesy and respect.
- You must not participate in, or condone, any act of harassment, bullying or victimisation.
- If you feel that you are being harassed, bullied or victimised, or witness such behaviour, you need to talk to your manager and or your Faculty HR team.
- Disciplinary action may be taken if you are involved in these types of behaviour.
